Pricing and access

What costs nothing today

Two things are free, full stop:

• Downloading the app. Getting Synapse Chat from the App Store or Google Play costs nothing and carries no obligation.
• Verification. AHPRA verification, including the manual review by the Synapse team, costs nothing. You will never be asked to pay to be verified.

What about pricing beyond that?

Pricing beyond the free download has not been announced. If that changes, we will confirm it clearly before you are asked to commit to anything, and members will hear first.

If you see a price quoted anywhere else, treat it as unofficial. The only sources of truth are this help centre and synapsechat.app.

How access works

1. Download the app at synapsechat.app/download.
2. Create an account and submit your AHPRA registration for verification.
3. Verification is reviewed manually, and you are notified in the app when approved.
